The Club was instituted in 1889. When the Braid Hills Municipal Golf Course opened some years later, a small wooden hut was built on the present site of the club at the top of Braid Hills Approach. Over the years members have extended the Clubhouse to its present size, with a kitchen added in the past couple of years. We currently have over 100 full members plus some juniors, and a number of seniors. Hopefully this gives a brief insight into Harrison Golf Club.
